Before you request
- Please give at least three weeks’ notice. Placeholder Confirm lead time.
- Check the spelling of every name. Certificates are printed exactly as entered.
- Certificates can be mailed, picked up, or presented in person when the schedule allows.
- Recipients should live in, or the business should be located in, Ward 9.
